Overview
AxleClaw is operated by A.B Sidhu & A.A Swan trading as AxleClaw (ABN 92 922 819 079). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
The short version: you own your data, we don't sell it, and we only access your server with your permission.
What We Collect
Information you provide
When you sign up and configure your instance, we collect:
- Name and email address
- Business name and description
- Integration preferences (which tools you want connected)
- Subdomain choice
- Any other information you provide in onboarding forms
This information is used to provision, configure, and manage your dedicated AI assistant instance.
Billing data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data subject to their own privacy policy.
Conversation & AI data
All conversation data, files, memory, and AI-generated content is stored on your dedicated server — not on our systems. We do not aggregate, analyse, or access this data except for support and maintenance purposes, and only with your explicit consent.
Usage data
We track basic usage metrics (API call counts, model usage) for billing and capacity planning purposes. This data is tied to your instance, not to individual conversations.
How We Use Your Data
- To provision and manage your AI assistant instance
- To provide customer support
- To process payments
- To communicate service updates and maintenance notices
- To improve the Service (aggregated, anonymised usage patterns only)
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing
- We do not use your conversation data to train AI models
- We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools
- We do not access your server without your consent
Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
Server Access
We maintain SSH access to your dedicated server for provisioning, maintenance, and support. We will only access your server:
- With your explicit consent for support requests
- To apply critical security patches (we will notify you promptly)
- To restore service availability in an outage
We do not routinely access, monitor, or read conversation data on your server.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation:
- You may request a full data export at any time before termination
- Your dedicated server and all data on it will be permanently destroyed within 30 days of the cancellation date
- Billing records may be retained as required by law
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to update inaccurate information
- Deletion — request deletion of your data at any time
- Export — receive a full export of your instance data
- Withdraw consent — revoke consent for server access at any time

Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools at your direction (e.g. Google, Slack, Stripe). These integrations are governed by the respective third party's privacy policy. We facilitate the connection but do not control how those services handle your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice.
